Notice of MYC Dingy Practice Race<br />June 13, 2021<br /><br />1. Rules: The event will be governed by the Racing Rules of Sailing 2021-2021) and the MYC sailing instructions. <br /><br />2. Eligibility and Entry: The event is open to MYC Laser and Opti sailors.<br /> <br />3. Time: Skipper's meeting at 10:30. Sailors should be rigged and ready to go. <br /><br />4. Race Fees/Boat Charter: No Race Fee for members/boat rental rates apply. <br /><br />5. Sailing Instructions: Sailing Instructions provided at Skipper's meeting.<br /><br />6. Race Area/Course Sailed: Sasa Bay as described at Skipper's meeting. <br /><br />7. Number of Races: Minimum of three races are planned. <br /><br />8. Scoring: The Low Point Scoring System and will be described at Skipper's meeting. <br /><br />9. Protests: This is a learning race and protests are discouraged.<br /><br />10. Safety: All sailors must wear a PFD, carry a whistle, and wear reef shoes.
