The Guam Sailing Federation (GSF)

 
The Guam Sailing Federation (GSF), was formed in 1994 for the purpose of encouraging, promoting, supervising and developing, on a non-profit basis, the Sport of Sailing in the Territory of Guam and the participation by members in off-island competition.     
 

The Guam Sailing Federation is an umbrella organization for Bailan Tasi, a windsurfing organization, and the Marianas Yacht Club, a sailing organization that has developed competitive Hobie and Laser sailors.

 

The GSF organization is the representative body for competitive sailing overall on Guam.

Bailan Tasi Boardsailors Club, P.O. Box 9261, Tamuning, Guam 96931.
