Summer 2018 Youth Sailing Program!


For Children and Teens ages 10 and up

Learn to sail this summer with the MYC Summer 2018 Youth Sailing Program. Participants learn to rig, tack, gybe, and more! Opportunity to earn U.S. Sail Small Boat Level I Certification. Beginning and experienced sailors welcome.   


Cost:                 $250 for residents. Participants must be able to swim.


Hours:              Camp runs from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. daily.

Parents pick up your sailor no later than 5:00PM.


Location:          Marianas Yacht Club, Sasa Bay, Piti


Boats:               Optimists for children and Lasers for teenagers!


Enrollment:      Limited to 10 participants per session

MEET YOUR INSTRUCTORS

LEAD INSTRUCTOR - Corey Santos
is a U.S. Sail Certified Level One Instructor and 2018 graduate of the University of Guam. Corey also completed the World Sailing Emerging Nations sailing program in 2015.


ASSISTANT INSTRUCTOR – Jeremy del Castillo
, is a U.S. Sail Certified Level One Instructor and college student.


ASSISTANT INSTRUCTOR – Made Bradley,
 is a U.S. Sail Certified Level One Instructor, and just completed the World Sailing Emerging Nations sailing program in Vanuatu in 2017.
